$SBX Tokenomics
$SBX is the utility and governance token of the SUPERBLOCK ecosystem. This page describes its role, supply, and milestone-gated distribution.
Purpose
$SBX is the economic and governance layer that runs through the ecosystem. It exists to let participants govern the network, help secure it through staking, and pay for and access the products, aligning the people who use the ecosystem with the ecosystem itself.
Utility & governance
Governance participation, staking, fee payment, and access across SUPERBLOCK's products. These functions are live and operate independently of any future economic features.
Fixed supply
Total supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 $SBX, with no inflation and no future minting. Supply can only ever decrease, through the burn mechanism described below.
Allocation
Five allocations across the fixed supply: Initial Presale 10% (100,000,000), Public Sale A 10% (100,000,000), Public Sale B 10% (100,000,000), Treasury & Foundation 65% (650,000,000), and Exchange & Liquidity 5% (50,000,000). A maximum of 10% of supply is in circulation at the Token Generation Event; every other tranche is locked behind a governance gate.
Milestone-gated release
Supply expands only as the ecosystem delivers. Presale funds the first delivery milestone; each verified milestone, approved by governance, unlocks the next sale tranche; and the treasury begins its release only after the final milestone. If a milestone is not delivered, the next tranche does not open.
The presale
The Initial Presale runs in ten phases of 10,000,000 $SBX each, beginning at $0.31 and laddering upward. At the end of each phase, any tokens left unsold are subject to a holder governance vote to either burn them or move them to the treasury.
Treasury
The 65% Treasury & Foundation allocation is locked until the final milestone, after which a maximum of 1 to 2 per cent per month may be released under governance control, to fund ongoing ecosystem operations.
